In the Ayurveda and Digestive Health Intensive, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Greta Kent-Stoll delves into the foundational concepts of ayurvedic eating, such as the six tastes, and the role that each of the three doshas plays in digestive health.
